We consult on seven (7) distinct areas of talent management and knowledge management. We help organizations address the entire employee lifecycle and help them create, deploy, and oversee effective recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, mentoring, and retention programs, projects and intiatives.
Virtual and In-Person Conference Keynote Presentation/Panel Discussion
We provide dynamic, interactive virtual and in-person keynote presentations for large, medium, and small conference, seminars, and all-hands meetings.
Engagement Coaching, Enterprise-Wide Mentoring and Deployment of an Intergenerational Leadership Certificate Program
We offer one-on-one and group engagement coaching and help organizations design, develop, deploy, manage, and oversee enterprise-wide mentoring programs. We also deploy an intergenerational leadership certificate program.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) Consultation and Training for Organizations and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
We provide roadmaps, systems, strategies, processes and specific DEIA Training that help organizations build and execute and effective DEIA program. We serve as keynote and guest speakers for diversity programs, events, recognition ceremonies and formal programs. We help setup and deploy strategic diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives including assisting with all aspects of designing, developing, and deploying Employee Resources Groups (ERGs). We provide specialized leadership and professional development training for ERGs
Federal Supervisory Training - 5 CFR 410/412
We provide a curriculum of interactive, participant-centered professional and leadership development courses for both new and current supervisors. Our workshops meet the training requirements outlined in 5 CFR 410 and 412.
